They have out-grown their existing facilities' sizes in the Kingdom and are going for the consolidation of their warehousing activities in one new central warehouse to cater for their full storage and operational needs.

Halwani Bros have selected SNS to design their new warehouse as well as their operations for their renowned expertise in the field, their understanding of specific operational requirements and their dedication to offering high quality service that guarantees customer satisfaction. 

The warehouse design exercise will provide Halwani Bros with a detailed warehouse AutoCAD layout that includes:

• design of racking systems,
• design of marshalling and staging areas,
• number and positions of inbound/outbound docks,
• positions of auxiliary areas,
• and the orientation of the storage aisles.

In addition, SNS will complete a full review of the operational procedures in the warehouse in an effort to minimize overall costs, streamline throughput and goods flow and ensure compliance with warehousing best practices.
